..I think since it's a mixed bag and you only need a certain player, you'd want to skip it.
Destroyer Stam has Aerial Fort and Long-reach Tackle, although he's not the fastest epic CB, All-action defender Makelele with three skills: Phenomenal Pass, Shadow Hunt, Long-reach Tackle is almost 'S'-tier and of course Defensive GK Cech with Directing Defence looks exceptional.
Out of 7 new skills that Konami will release this season, Snap strike is the first one, and this pack looks like a great value.

Shevchenko looks nice with Phenomenal Finishing and Snap Strike, Adriano is a beast with Phenomenal Finishing, Low Screamer and Snap Strike, Totti is a complete DLF with Magnetic Feet and Snap Strike. If you're in need for a striker - go for it (I spent all saved coins for Sheva and got nada unfortunately).

Adeyemi with Momentum Dribbling and Acceleration Burst is a pace merchant and could be a fun card, Bruno Guimaraes lacks in dribbling department but has three special skills: Phenomenal Pass, Attack Trigger and Shadow Hunt, Tielemans with Visionary Pass and Magnetic Feet gets 90 pace (has never been running that fast in his life) but overall card is a bit weak for box-to-box.

Babangida's card is a pace merchant with 99 speed and 99 acceleration but not enough end product, Attacking Surge and Acceleration Burst are the special skills.

Morgan Rogers is an exceptional hole player with Momentum Dribbling, Blitz Curler and Acceleration Burst, Dumfries' card looks like a slightly improved Zanetti with Edged Crossing and Shadow Hunt and Anderson is an OK orchestrator with Phenomenal Pass and Magnetic Feet.

Thiago will be available via coins most likely soon and so probably will Suarez. Rumour has it there'll be a few more starter sets added.
Suarez with Blitz curler is S-tier material, great attacking stats, 90 balance and physicality which is a rare combo.
Thiago looks like a decent Orchestrator, albeit has low pace and no special/show time skill.
