I open junk wax baseball cards, football cards, and sports cards to relive my childhood memories. I will tell dad jokes, and you will hear stories about Orioles baseball and Ravens football. Pack openings and fun rips from my truck. I focus mainly on junk wax era baseball between 1987 and 1997, but will occasionally open modern cards.

On this channel, you will see:
Junk Wax baseball cards
Junk Wax football cards
Junk Wax sports cards
Pack Rips (Openings) of Junk Wax and Modern sports cards

Welcome to the COMMUNITY feature on YouTube. This is a great upgrade to the old "posts" section. Hopefully, we can use it to be more interactive and informative.

One thing I am trying to do is get better about letting folks know what is up on my eBay store so you can grab something you like.

Be sure to check out last Friday's video with mail from ‪@TCBsprtscards‬ and let's sub him up if you haven't already. O's fans will hopefully appreciate Saturday's tribute to Cal Ripken and the 2131 streak.

I've got more to come! Tell a friend. Keep rippin' wax.

Hey folks! The rest of the family is out of town, so let's do a LIVE show! This FRIDAY 8/15 at 7:30PM EST I will be going LIVE on WhatNot and YouTube for an all ORIOLES singles show. This will be a dual stream, so you can catch it on either platform, HOWEVER, if you want to participate in the giveaways and purchase cards, you will have to join WhatNot. Use the link in my profile or the QR code on the picture to join and you'll get $15 free!

If you just want to hang out and watch, you can view and chat here on YouTube, and I will do a separate giveaway for the YouTube chat as well.

I will be going through all of my Orioles cards - singles, player or product lots, junk wax lots, parallels, numbered stuff. Autographs will run at specific times, so check the show notes on WhatNot for purchasing those. There will be autographs for Brian Roberts, Heston Kjerstad, Coby Mayo, Colton Cowser, Al Bumbry, and even Jackson Holliday. I will even put up the Bill Ripken FF Error Card for purchase!

Even if you don't want to purchase, come hang out and re-live the nostalgia of past Oriole teams and players.

Hope to see you there!

Hey folks! We will be going LIVE tomorrow night (Sunday 8/3) at 9PM EST/8PM CST. We will rip some 1986 Topps Rak Paks looking for Austin, TX native Don Baylor and 1998 Bowman Chrome 2 looking for Jeter and other stars in refractor parallels. Not going to run this on WhatNot after all as my setup is at home and I am more limited on the road. Let's just hang out and have fun here on YouTube!

There are a few players who transcend baseball rivalries and earn universal admiration and respect on and off the field. Ryne Sandberg was one of those players. He played the game the way it was supposed to be played - always worked hard, always hustled, and always had fun. Ryno has lost his battle with cancer and is gone way too soon. R.I.P. Ryno. Share your favorite Ryne Sandberg memory in the comments below.

Hey folks! Hope you are all doing well and having a blast watching the Home Run Derby. I am busy looking through 8 four row boxes of mixed cards from the 70's-10's that I snagged on FB marketplace. I don't know yet if/how I will document this on the channel, but I wanted you to see why there haven't been any longer videos for a few days. I AM DROWNING IN CARDS! I am also focusing on shorts since those really help grow the channel and are easier to record and upload while I am busy with work (overseeing a big project and training to oversee a new area) and family (trying to spend lots of quality time with the kiddos during their summer break). I do have some fun things planned as we get to 400 subscribers and celebrate ONE YEAR on YouTube! Stay tuned! Enjoy your All-Star break!

Happy Bobby Bonilla Day!

Every July 1st from 2011 to 2035, the New York Mets pay Bonilla—who retired 23 years ago—$1,193,248.20 as a part of his buyout deal.

He is also paid $500,000 by the Orioles every year from 2004 to 2028. Bobby cards always go on the stand until the O's stop paying him.

Well, folks... it only took a year... if I had to shut this channel down tomorrow, I would still be happy. Thankfully, I don't have to shut it down, and you will get to see me pull this on an upcoming Junk Wax Time Travel video! Stay tuned!

THIS SATURDAY at 7:30PM EST, I will be going LIVE on YouTube AND WhatNot to rip some junk wax from 1995. I found a box of Tetrad Signature Rookies (multi-sport set with an auto in every pack). Potential autographs from Manny Ramirez, Derek Jeter, A-Rod, Tony Boselli, Dmitri Young, Kerry Wood, Torii Hunter, Todd Helton, Roy Halladay, Dennis Rodman, and Kareem! Watch the Tetrad and 1995 pack rips here on YouTube or join us on WhatNot if you want to purchase packs (most packs will be $3-5 plus shipping). Click the link in my profile to join WhatNot and get a free $15 credit to start buying on the platform! Hope to see you (on either platform) on Saturday night!

Hey, everyone! Happy Father's Day to all of the dads out there, and to all of the father figures who are stepping up when another man didn't. We honor you today!

Many of my baseball memories are tied to my dad, and he is a big part of the reason I still have a love for the game today. He helped me see the fun and the challenge of baseball and taught me many lessons while watching and playing this great game. Card collecting was never something he was into (and still isn't), but it was a way that I shared my love of sports with friends (just like I'm sharing it with you). This channel is just a little place where we can hang out and rip cards and forget about any troubles. I hope you find the same thing here .

The channel is growing super fast, and I am very grateful. There are challenging things happening in life right now (but that's all the time) and I am still trying to keep up with posting regularly and responding to all of the comments (my favorite part!). Thank you for your patience and support. There's still a LOT of great stuff on the way.
