Hello everyone 😊 just a note to let you know that my Briar Gauntlets are now on Ravelry 🍂 and my mushroom- themed autumn yarn collection is on my website!

I've felt so inspired by autumnal colours and woodland floors this season, and it's fun to see that come through in the dyes 🧹 I've also included some little naturally dyed fabric patches that I've hand-stamped with a mushroom illustration 🍄

I hope you enjoy them if you decide to knit a pair of these cosy mitts!

What a day it's been getting this all up, but it's satisfying work and I'm being rewarded by the most beautiful autumn sky and half moon tonight 🌙

Hey everyone ☀️ my Apothecary collection of naturally dyed wool and sashiko cotton thread is now up on my website threadandyarn.co.uk 🌿

It's inspired by cottage garden and wayside plants, herb lore and apothecary kitchens. I've loved putting this little collection together, and revealing all of the colours waiting inside plants - pure magic.

There's various skeins of Corriedale Sock, sock minis, Briar Shawl kits, sashiko cotton thread, and the lovely handmade apothecary stitch markers by @wheremeadowsgrow - I love the little pressed and hand painted herbs, and the golden crescent moon 🌙

My Patreon members had early access to the collection, but there's plenty of lovely things left. Everything is 100% non-superwash wool, and plastic free.

I posted a video about it last week talking through the different colourways, in case you'd like to hear more about the dyes or inspiration behind them ☺️
