A little bit of channel history, CaviteTech's name was inspired by Michael Kukielka's 'DetroitBORG', it wasn't MKBHD that inspired me to make videos, it was Michael! I used to binge watch his videos about phones, tablets and computers and it is what lead me to make my own, hence the name of the city + the word 'tech'.
Fast forward a few years, I started reviewing phones (borrowed from relatives!) to have something up on the channel, learned a lot in the process, Met online tech friends like Kuya Jam of Jam Online , Sir Alexei of The Technoclast (now Tech Inspected) and Mark of TechPinas ! Without them I wouldn't have continued my channel at all, I'm forever grateful for the knowledge they shared to me and for the tech community in general!
As time passes and hobbies change, I took a break from YouTube and found myself deeply inclined with keyboards, custom keyboards in fact, that's why you guys know me now! The Keyboard community here in the Philippines has helped me a lot in reviving my channel into something I'm proud of. Because of the keyboard community, I've got my first review unit board and It made me realize, that I for once had a voice, and an opinion that is valued by the community.
As I embark to shifting the channel's focus (again) to photography, I hope you guys stick on and see what I'm working on! Happy 10 Years CaviteTech, here's to 10 more!
