Small edits in the way of self questioning can transform your life, Hi, I am Purnima ex-banker turned entrepreneur. My videos are all about "Way of self-questioning in order to do the best possible for the situation".
Like many woman, career choices, marriage and kids are some of the determining factors which brought challenging circumstances in front of me. After rowing through difficulties, I find that business is immensely recommended for women if they are interested.
I am not a millionaire/ billionaire though equipped with experiences and knowledge to start and run a business with minimum resources available in limited time performing responsibilities. I founded my 1st firm when my daughter was 2 years old, handled all operations single-handedly. I quit a government job as I did not have support to raise my child alone.
Today I am Co- building Fluent English 121 and pursuing my passion for book through self publishing with Kindle Direct Publishing and Writing a book.

Question It Right
I don’t usually share political views here (since my channel is mostly about self-publishing and KDP), but on the eve of Dushera — a festival that reminds us good should win over wrong — I felt it was important to speak up. It felt heavy to see people like Sonam Wangchuk being detained.
I’m not taking sides or saying one party is right and another is wrong. What worries me is the blind faith we often place in leaders or news channels without asking questions. We didn’t get freedom so easily, and democracy can only stand strong when its four pillars — government, opposition, media, and the public — work together.
If we can’t join marches or protests, the least we can do is stop spreading fake or unverified news, think logically, and question respectfully. Right vs wrong will always be a fight, but truth wins only when people are willing to see facts as they are.

Question It Right
Hello Everyone,
Every morning when I start my day I check my kdp for book sale and other stuffs. What I found today is an update regarding pricing of book. Here is what KDP has posted
Print Royalty Rate and Paperback Printing Cost Changes FAQ
For the first time since starting print operations almost two decades ago, from June 10, 2025, we are changing the royalty rate for books priced below certain list prices (e.g. less than 9.99 USD). The royalty rate on these titles will decrease from 60% to 50%. These books represent a unique challenge given increasing operational costs and this change will allow us to continue offering these books while avoiding impact to other titles. Separately, as part of our annual printing cost review, we are reducing color printing costs for paperbacks in some marketplaces to help authors adopt color printing.

This is a big change. We will have to be prepared for it. All the best you all

Question It Right
Hi everyone,
I just want to take a moment today to say thank you — to each and every one of you who has watched even a single video, subscribed to my channel, and supported me while I document my journey in KDP and self-publishing (and even before that).
Your support truly means a lot to me, and I deeply appreciate it.🙏
I also want to share a quick update:
For the next couple of weeks, I may not be able to upload new videos. There are a few reasons for this, but the main one is something I'm really excited about — my first nonfiction self-help book is about to be published in India! It has kept me fully occupied. I'm also taking this time to research the best ways to publish POD (Print-on-Demand) books here in India, so I can share more helpful insights with you in the future.
Please stay tuned — I’ll be back soon with more content!
Thank you once again for being part of this journey. 🙏

Question It Right
A must-read article by Harward Business Review
What’s Really Holding Women Back?
A few excerpts from the article
As scholars of gender inequality in the workplace, we are routinely asked by companies to investigate why they are having trouble retaining women and promoting them to senior ranks. It’s a pervasive problem. Women made remarkable progress accessing positions of power and authority in the 1970s and 1980s, but that progress slowed considerably in the 1990s and has stalled completely in this century.
Ask people why women remain so dramatically underrepresented, and you will hear from the vast majority a lament—an unfortunate but inevitable “truth”—that goes something like this: High-level jobs require extremely long hours, women’s devotion to family makes it impossible for them to put in those hours, and their careers suffer as a result.
Women experience a different psychic tension. According to the work/family narrative and broader cultural notions, their commitment to family is primary by nature, so their commitment to work has to be secondary. They are expected to embrace an intensive, “my family is all-important” approach to parenting, a stance encouraged by the firm’s readily accessible accommodations. But a family-first stance comes at a significant cost to their careers and flies in the face of their professional ambitions.
