My name is Mark...
Alison (camera shy) and I will be prospecting the creeks and rivers in the gold districts of Nova Scotia, Canada. We will be panning, sluicing, crevicing and sniping for gold, gems and other items of interest.
The most important thing is being outdoors enjoying what mother nature has provided for us, its truly amazing. It is an excellent way to relax, unwind, and forget about life's challenges for awhile.
I am an early retiree due to a work place accident that left me with an anoxic brain injury along with PTSD. This hobby has transformed me from a person with little ambition to a person with a vision.
Alison is semi retired and shares the experiences as time allows.
