Both myself and my partner Sarah have lost over 60 plus pounds (each of us) doing the Keto diet. So our channel isn’t just about delicious recipes, but also a source for information to help you at no matter what stage you are while doing the Keto or Low Carb journey. If you are just checking Keto or Low Carb out, we want to give you tips on how to get started and how to thrive while doing Keto or Low Carb. If you’ve had success with Keto we want to help you stay motivated and share information on how to make Keto or Low Carb into a “lifestyle.” We also want our channel to be a “community” where we can all share and learn from each other, celebrate our success and help encourage each other.
