If you liked my real Spider-Man swinging video, but thought it was a shame that my webshooters can't actually stick anything – allow me to introduce Mr Creates, of the Joel Creates channel. He's been making hot glue-based webshooters for a while now, and this is the coolest and most portable version he's ever made!
All this time, Built IRL's logo has been me hanging from a ledge while holding a spanner. But you probably never knew this, because it's just not clear at all when scaled down. So I've been intending to do a bit of a rebrand for a while, and – well – here it is! It doesn't convey the concept of action-packed testing as well as the old one, but it sure does look a lot better!
This is my first experience with something like this, so I'm curious: how do you feel about seeing those type of posts when a YT maker gets given free tools?
I've never tried resin printing before, but this should let me add some nice detailed cosmetic pieces to some of my future projects. Thanks to Creality for kindly giving me a free Halot One and wash/cure station! (On top of higher detail, I believe resin prints generally have better z-axis strength than FDM - so I'm looking forward to that too)

That's thanks to an unfortunate combination of my university thesis project taking a lot of time, and also me accidentally bending the grappling gun in half. The latter is fixed now, at least, and I've been able to do some of the testing already! But the video will probably be late Nov/early Dec. Wasn't the plan, but thanks for your patience!
