Don't you just love it when you're trying to record for a longform video but then ae freezes and your recording crashes. Then your laptop also crashes and when you turn back on your laptop you find out your 1hr+ long recording got corrupted🫠

Hey so I want to record edits and make more videos but I've been experiencing lots of lag spikes while playing Roblox games for about a month now which is making it basically impossible to record videos and edits. I don't think it has anything to do with my recording software because its happening all the time, not just when I'm recording or have OBS open. The only solution I've found so far is to just turn down my graphics, which works fine for when I'm just playing, but obviously when I'm recording edits i want to have the best quality i can lol. And I know my computer is capable of running Roblox with full graphics since it has always done it before just fine. So i have no idea why now all of a sudden its being like this.
If anyone has any suggestions for how to fix this please let me know!!
