I’m Marie, the UK Dame. I’m 83, a writer, creator, and woman in her Third Act.
This channel is for anyone in their 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond who still believes in growing, learning, and living with purpose. Age is no barrier here.
I share honest reflections on ageing, resilience, wellbeing, and the lessons that only experience can teach. You’ll also find my lung cancer journey, the new challenges I take on later in life, and occasional stories from my memoir Olga – A Daughter’s Tale.
This isn’t a medical channel or a place for empty motivational hype. It’s real talk, real life, and real experience, finding ways to stay curious, hopeful, and engaged at every age.
