🎙 What is ASMR? 🎧
ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is synaesthesia of the soul. It’s a relaxing feeling, it’s a tingling down the spine, or it’s simply a sleep aid. Whether it’s being ‘held’ by someone you have confidence in, or ‘looked after’ by someone with authority, or just feeling ‘safe’ with someone you trust, it uses audio-visual triggers to enable you to let go of your worries.
📽 What is FPC? 🎞
FPC (first person cinema) takes all the relaxing elements of ASMR but has much more of a focus on immersion and the suspension of disbelief. It’s kinda like being the main character in your own short movie, with popular figures you know and love, or entirely created worlds – they are unique and relaxing experiences designed to transport you to different places, worlds, and times.

So, I'm still not doing very well. 🤧
As such, and at the behest of the corporeal shell that houses my brain, I'm going to have to take a break for a bit to properly recover... So, no videos this week, I'm afraid. I'll probably ease myself back into filming with one video a week when I'm fully healed.
If I'm able to, I'll record one next week, but just in case I don't, I wish you all a happy festive time and a wonderful new year – thank you all for watching (and hopefully enjoying) my videos!
