Hi my name is Sirmerr also known as @sirmerrlacruz I’m originally from Oklahoma City, honestly I have been traveling these last five months, nomading off after being released from prison due to me completing a ten year sentence, I was released to the streets a free man with no paper time or parole officer! So I was like what a great opportunity to totally change my life around and become the person I image myself being. While in prison I found fitness and health and it changed my life completely for the better it was one thing I could be consistent with due to the inconsistency of belonging to the state of Oklahoma for eight and half years. Health and fitness became my outlet and that journey open my eyes to a broader and deeper world. I want to show you how fitness and health help me and gave me a purpose in life, and you can do the same for yourself also no matter the circumstances never settle!
