In regression, someone might experience a lifetime of being burned at the stake for knowing the medicinal uses of herbs—and feel a visceral connection to their present fear of being seen.

Whether experienced as another lifetime or symbolism, the feeling in the body is real. Its intensity doesn’t prove the story, but it gives us something meaningful to explore.

What you discover becomes your inner compass data: lived insight that helps you recalibrate your authenticity and discern what supports you now.

“It isn’t safe to be seen” can begin to soften into “I can share what I know and discern whom to trust.”

My baby is becoming an audiobook! 🎙️💙

This is a huge milestone, and I wanted to share it with you. I’ve started recording The Sacred Middle Finger: Your Permission Slip to Break Free from Other People’s Rules and Live Your Best Life, and I’m surprised by how emotional it feels to speak the words aloud.

These are the words I chose to express something that matters deeply to me. Reading them in a way that conveys what they truly mean is a humbling and powerful experience.

I was also surprised by how much hand holding I needed from my sound engineer, Mike. He could feel the intensity of the moment with me and helped me settle in and keep going. I’m grateful to him and the wonderful production team for guiding me through something so new.

It’s emotional, exciting, and so much fun. I can’t wait for you to hear it.
