Wondering why you’re needing more time alone lately? 💜 Watch my latest video 👇👇
Sometimes, we need that time to reset, recharge and feel like ourselves again. But at the same time, we might worry about feeling lonely, too. It can feel like a confusing contradiction!
In my latest video, I explore why this happens and help you make a little more sense of these feelings. 💜

Anyone else keep forgetting perfectly basic words and then having to play a frustrating game of verbal charades to explain what you mean?
You KNOW the word. You’ve known it forever. But when you need it… your brain has apparently decided to take a break!
So instead, you’re describing the thing, pointing at the thing, giving increasingly ridiculous clues… while desperately hoping someone else says the word for you.
What word have you recently had to describe because your brain just couldn’t find it?
Share yours with us. Let’s see how creative our verbal charades can get! 😂

Hormonal changes can affect your energy, recovery and how your body responds to strenuous exercise. And that doesn’t mean you have to stop exercising - sometimes it means changing how you exercise.
Shorter sessions, walking, swimming, yoga, Pilates or simply giving yourself more recovery time can all be ways to keep moving without completely wiping yourself out.
But I want to hear from you…
What exercise did you used to LOVE that now leaves you feeling drained?
Running? HIIT? Cycling? The gym? Long walks? Something else?
