Time for a little look back at some of the best moments of 2025! ⏪

Even if we only posted two episodes of The Chort Show last year, I still got up to all sorts of morally questionable shenanigans : joining a professional ballet school, climbing to the top of the highest mountain in Portugal, launching my own travel show ‪@Chortcuts‬, eating copious amounts of salt and vinegar chips, and spending a LOT of time in the 18th and 19th centuries...

To be honest, I wasn't as active with the show as I would have wanted. We have been on a bit of an extended break for a whole host of reasons, most of which revolve around my crippling salt and vinegar chip addiction, but I can assure you that The Chort Show will be back soon enough, bigger and better than ever!

I've also included some little sneak peaks into some of the upcoming episodes we shot last year.

Hello my plebeians! I've just released the final episode of ‪‪@Chortcuts‬‬, my brand-new history-fueled travel show!

We left Episode 1 on a dramatic cliffhanger: the entire Portuguese Empire had been crushed by Spanish forces, except for one tiny, remote island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean...

🔍 While most travelers go to the Azores Islands in Portugal for the hiking and stunning landscapes, I went looking for a forgotten story. And I found a dramatic one: a 16th-century succession crisis, a Spanish invasion, a fight for survival, and a heroic last stand on a remote island.
