It’s been a couple weeks-I know! I had my wisdom teeth taken out and the healing seriously threw me off. But I’m finally back—and tonight at 7 PM MT I’m posting a raw, honest video about how ADHD has been showing up hard for me in school lately. Tonight, light a candle. Breathe. Write. Listen to your inner voice. Let something old burn away so your light can come through clearer.
