Back to boxing.
After several weeks without boxing, it felt good to move again.
No rush.
No ego.
Just rhythm, control, and the satisfaction of getting the work done.
Coming back matters too.

Open 2026 complete.
Final result: 57th percentile worldwide in Men 65–69.
Workout percentiles:
26.1 — 47th
26.2 — 66th
26.3 — 52nd
Best finish came in 26.2, but the biggest win was consistency across all three workouts.
Every rep counted.

WOD of the Day – Monday After the Open
No workout today.
After three intense weeks of the Open,
the body asked for something different.
Recovery.
Hydration.
Rest.
Sometimes the smartest move is not to train.
This is not a step back.
It’s part of moving forward.
I’ll be back soon.

End of the Day – CrossFit Open 26.3
The workout is done.
Score submitted.
Video reviewed.
Performance analyzed.
Tonight I close my 2026 CrossFit Open feeling proud of the work.
Final score: 99 reps.
Tie-break corrected: 15:24.
After watching the video carefully, I realized something important: the performance was solid. The pacing worked, the strategy held, and even the final thrusters were under control.
Could it have been a few reps more? Maybe.
But the truth is simple: I executed the plan and gave everything I had.
The leaderboard may still move in the coming days.
Positions may change before the official deadline.
That’s part of the Open.
But what won’t change is the effort behind these three weeks.
Three workouts.
Three opportunities to show up.
Three chances to test discipline and resilience.
Tonight I close this chapter grateful for the process.
And tomorrow I celebrate something even more important:
29 years of marriage with Miry.
Training builds strength.
Life builds meaning.
Legacy is built in both.
Training with purpose.

Motivational Thursday

The work is already done.
Weeks of preparation.
Hours of training.
Every rep building toward this moment.
Today, the workout will be announced.
But nothing changes.
Show up.
Stay calm.
Trust the work.
Because when the moment comes, you won’t need motivation.
You’ll rely on preparation.
26.3 is coming.
I’m ready.

What the Open reminded me today.
73 reps in 26.2.
5 chest-to-bar pull-ups under fatigue.
That put me in the 66th percentile worldwide in my age group.
But the number that matters more to me is this:
At the beginning of the year I was still dealing with medication for blood pressure, cholesterol and fatty liver.
Today I'm competing RX in the CrossFit Open.
No shortcuts.
No supplements.
Just training, consistency and discipline.
Progress isn't always loud.
Sometimes it's just showing up…
and discovering you’re stronger than you thought.

TUESDAY MOTIVATIONAL
Recovery is part of the process.
After the effort of the Open workouts, the body feels heavy. The mind is still processing the week.
That’s normal.
Training is not only about pushing hard. It’s also about respecting the moments when the body asks for patience.
Today the goal is simple: move, breathe, recover.
Because strength is not built in one workout. It’s built in the consistency of many days.
⚡ Volt mindset. ⚡ Legacy in progress.

CrossFit Open 2026 — Week 2 Closed.
26.1 → 106 reps (RX)
26.2 → 73 reps (RX)
Final ranking: 552 worldwide — Men 65–69.
This week was intense.
Nerves before the workout.
A tough first round.
Burning legs on the lunges.
And a fight to stay composed until the last chest-to-bar.
But that's what the Open is about.
Not perfection.
Not the leaderboard.
The challenge of showing up, pushing through, and finishing what you started.
Proud of the work.
Now we recover…
and get ready for 26.3.

CrossFit Open 26.2 — Final Result

73 reps (RX)Rank: 552 worldwide — Men 65-69

This workout was harder than I expected.

The first round hit my cardio hard, and the lunges in the second round burned my legs more than anything else. But I stayed composed, kept my technique, and finished strong.

No excuses.No shortcuts.Just honest work.

This Open reminded me why I love training.

Not for the leaderboard…but for the challenge of becoming stronger every year.

Proud of the work.Grateful for the process.

Now we move forward.

26.3 is coming.
