Today was about balance.
Recovery in the morning.
Semifinal intensity later.
Mobility to close the day.
Started with better numbers.
Tested the body again.
Adapted the workout to my space.
Finished with 94 reps total.
Not perfect conditions.
Not chasing perfection either.
Just showing up, adjusting, and continuing to build.
