We are asked every single day, what makes a lecture good? How do we evaluate it?

Keeping every aspect of production in mind, we have highlighted a few key factors.

So, just make sure you include the right amount of each factor in your recipe and you will surely get a delicious lecture every time!

A lecture that is adored by students across the globe.

1) Visuals:

Beautiful fonts, images, and colors play a crucial role to increase the learning value of the lecture.
A value is increasing? Make it green.
A value is decreasing? Make it red.

2) Narration:

Calm, clear, and soothing voice is key!

3) Delivery:

Make sure to make a connection with your audience. How to do that? The simplest answer: Just be yourself!
Imagine that you are talking to a friend. Make it fun for yourself and in-turn it will become fun for your students too. Learning does not have to be boring.

4) Story-Telling:

Make it interesting and cohesive.

Story-telling is the oldest and most efficient way of teaching. One thing should lead to another, so it is easier for students to follow the information you are teaching, ensuring they retain that information too!

5) Accuracy:

Be precise with what you are saying. 99.9 % will not work.
Be careful about how you choose your words, one missed step can change the whole concept for the student.

6) In-Depth:

Include all the details. Try not miss any single thing.

Make sure to recall old concepts, and make a connection with the topic at hand.

7) Duration:

Ideally duration should not matter.
But a lecture could be of 2 minutes...... and it could also be of 2 hours. Where to draw the line, whilst keeping all the above ingredients in the plate is where the magic is!

Strive for a minimum of 20-30 minutes of teaching and you are gold! The perfect balance!
