X-EL (Rapper) is an independent American artist from Salem, Massachusetts working across Rap, Hip Hop, Pop, and Pop Punk. Born Alex Noe (November 5, 1998), he developed a passion for storytelling and performance early in life, influenced by film, theater, and artists like Robin Williams.

After experiencing depression and personal loss during his teenage years, including the passing of his grandmother in 2014, X-EL began creating music in 2017 as a form of emotional expression and self-reflection.

His debut album, Zero Limitations (2023), focused on resilience, growth, and perseverance through struggle.

In 2026, he released Ticking Time Bomb, a 15-track project exploring internal pressure, mental conflict, emotional endurance, and personal evolution.
