Alex Noe (born November 5th, 1998) better known by his alias X-el, is an independent rap / hip-hop artist straight from the burning stakes of Salem Massachusetts!
He started expressing himself by creating music in 2017 and used this outlet as a vice to free his inner thoughts. His overall goal now with creating music is to help people as well as continuing to clear his own mind, creatively.
His debut album “Zero Limitations” (released March 31st 2023) is a comeback story about all sorts of different struggles but never giving up!

When my album “Zero Limitations” drops.
It’s over with… that’s the TRUE beginning of this Career i’ve been working on since 2017.
I refuse to lose nor will i succumb to any doubt, any temptations, any hate, it’s all forward from there.
The original Release date was November 5th, 2021.
Which clearly I missed, that was me definitely being overly excited that I was rushing this project so i took a step back, looked at this from a logistics standpoint and knew I would not have it completed to my liking in that time.
For that I’m sorry.
HOWEVER, It’s coming together very nicely!
I have a date in mind but i don’t want to give that information until I’m 💯 definite.
I’ll make up for the Missed Date & i’ll allow the project to speak for that.
