Hello! I'm Ju, a movement specialist passionate about injury prevention, performance training, and holistic health and wellness. With over a decade of experience, I combine science with a whole-body approach to fitness, drawing from my background in Exercise Science (B.S.) and Athletic Training (M.S.). I'm also a Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer, Animal Flow Instructor, and a registered 200-hour yoga instructor, integrating breath, mobility, and mindfulness into my training.
My movement journey includes dancing, calisthenics, weightlifting, yoga, Animal Flow, and rock climbing. To me, fitness is like climbing a mountain—it's about exploring your mind and body, unlocking new perspectives, and reaching new heights.
