📸✨ Behind the Scenes: Orchid & Bamboo in Slow Motion

This is a very special video — the only one on this channel that was entirely created in our super slow motion studio TimeBreak: www.slowmotion.cz/en ( Youtube: youtube.com/@timebreakstudiocz?si=oRbB8UmZAo7TyrNo ). Here’s a glimpse into how it was made. 🌿💧

In the studio, I built custom rigs to fix individual bamboo branches and orchid flowers in place. I filled a large shallow aquarium with water to create a calm reflective surface. The background was lit carefully, and a fine haze was added using a special hazer to create a soft mist gently resting on the water.

Then came the magic of high-speed cinematography: the Phantom VEO 4K camera shooting at 1000 fps in 4K resolution, paired with a Canon 100mm f/2.8 macro lens to capture every detail.

Behind the Scenes – Filming Bees in Ultra Slow Motion 🐝

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at how I filmed my latest macro slow motion video of honeybees in flight, collecting pollen and hovering between flowers.
I had the unique opportunity to peek inside a beehive and observe the work of a local beekeeper — all while capturing the action in extreme detail using the Phantom VEO 4K at 1000 fps. These micro-moments of nature are invisible to the naked eye, but with the power of high-speed filming, they come alive in stunning clarity.
Yes, I did take a couple of stings during filming... but, I hear it’s healthy! 😄

Recording Authentic Nature Sounds for Nature Films 🎙🌿

Hello dear followers!
I’ve recently added a new element to my creative process – professional recording equipment, which I now take with me into the field. This allows me to capture the authentic sounds of nature directly from the environments where I film for Nature Films.

This week, I took the setup to the Ore Mountains in the northern part of the Czech Republic, where I recorded new static videos for deep relaxation. I also captured fresh soundscapes in the deep beech forests near my home.

I truly hope that this authentic touch will bring a new dimension to my videos – creating an even stronger feeling of presence and immersion.

Hello to all my fans,

I am currently in Indonesia on the island of Bali, where I film and photograph the beautiful nature and exotic landscape. It is a real paradise, the people are incredibly friendly, helpful and willing to help with everything.
I am sending a few photos as a taste of what I work on here every day - getting up early in the morning for sunrise is a daily routine and the chance of good light is about 30%.

I am looking forward to starting editing and uploading videos to my channel. So stay tuned and watch my channel, I am going to release new videos from Bali in a week or two.

Let me tell you a quick behind-the-scenes story...
This one was an adventure.I woke up really early, grabbed my gear, and hiked down into a hidden valley deep in the Krkonoše forest. It was raining heavily — no wind, just that peaceful, steady spring rain. 🌧️
As the rain soaked everything around me, I launched the drone and slowly started flying over a beautiful little stream, watching it dance through moss and rocks. 💧To be honest, I was genuinely worried the drone wouldn’t survive — it kept getting wet and I was sure it would fail mid-flight. But somehow… it lasted over an hour in the rain! Absolutely unbelievable. 💪🚁
I managed to capture some of the most rainy footage I’ve ever seen. No music this time — just pure nature sounds. Water, birds, wind, forest. Nothing else.🌲🎶🎧
