This animated trailer was made by one of my best friends.

Please, give him some recognition for his work. It should be illegal how a lot of people didn't even bother to watch this incredible animated trailer that my collaborator and dear friend Hamsuko made. It took him several months to complete.

Please help me cheer a fellow creator and artist on and show them how incredible their work is.

Lol my friend that SDR's Civic driver character was based on actually got that same model of Civic in real life

Samurai Blue Afterimage just released earlier today! It is one of the greatest, if not THE greatest Blender racing animation I've ever seen. It's also CRIMINALLY underrated, so show their team some support!

Oh! Would you look at that, it's the end of summer, again? This summer was SUPER eventful for me, I went to the U.S and also went to the Pacific Northwest to do some "location scouting" for my animation project and also to visit a friend. THIS IS ALSO MY LAST CAR-LESS SUMMER! I'LL BE ABLE TO GET MY PERMIT NEXT SPRING!

In between that time though, I've still been working on scenes and stuff. Street Drift Revival's Pilot Episode has around a whole minute of footage now! (that sounds like nothing but trust me it's easier said than done lol)
Big update on that though, I FIGURED OUT HOW I WANT TO COMBINE MY 2D DRAWN CHARACTERS WITH 3D MODELLED CARS AND ENVIRONMENTS!

School starts next week (I'm gonna be in Grade 10!) so I might not post full-length animated videos for a while, but I want to keep posting something.

I nailed all of my final exams!
This summer's gonna be fun, I'll be out vacation-ing for some of it but I want to make progress on SDR as well.
For now, have some quick art and some side projects I've been working on, and a goofy meme or two!
(ALSO THEY FINALLY RELEASED THE OMORI MANGA IT'S CRAZY!!)

Recently, Work on Street Drift Revival has mostly been on story-writing, since I want to get that foundation to be as good as I can get it to be. (Once the actual story is revealed, you'll realize that it's about so much more than just racing)

Right now I've got a lot of culminating tasks and exams and stuff coming up in school so I'll be pretty busy and probably won't make much content for the next month or so (until after my exams are done which will be mid-late June)

Here, have some rendered 3D concept art and unfinished concept sketch-ish things i made at school.

Major progress and some changes are being made on my original series.
I've finally been able to break away from imitating Initial D's art style and I'm doing something of my own.
(While also, mixing in some aspects of other art styles I like, for example, the way cars are drawn in those 1980s car ad illustrations, and also realistic 3d backgrounds like the Faraway Logs, just to name a few.)
