🛑 Long but good
Family,
when I came out of meditation this sunrise, these words were coming out of me. I pray they bring guidance and healing to someone. 🙏

Your first ministry is to yourself. ❤️

Family, I went a year without teaching because I felt I needed to be taught by the Infinite. I had to take time to replenish, to heal, and to align my spirit. In that sacred space of reflection and renewal, I discovered the importance of self-nourishment, both physically and spiritually.

I recognize the deep truth that before I can serve others, I must first serve myself—by staying aligned, centered, and open to divine wisdom.

Affirmation and Decree:
Divine Source of all that is, I turn within, aligning with your guidance and presence in this sacred moment. I acknowledge the interconnectedness of all things and call upon the wisdom of my Ancestors, my Angels, my Ascended Masters, and The Holy Spirit as you walk in me and as me on this journey. I am deeply aware that my body, mind, and spirit are reflections of the divine flow that sustains all life, and as I seek to elevate my consciousness, I surrender myself to your loving guidance. 🙌🏼

Holy Spirit, Ancestors, Angels and Ascended Masters, I call upon your guidance and assistance in this sacred moment. As I embrace the practice of fasting and nourish my body with the highest vibrational foods on the planet—those that are pure and alive— ( Fruits and Vegetables )
🍉 🍎 🥥🍐🍌🍅🍋‍🟩 🥬
I seek to honor my body as a vessel of Divine Light. ☀️

I inner-stand that to be receptive to the messages from the Spirit Realm, I must attune myself to the frequency of the Holy Spirit. I commit to releasing anything that may weigh me down, whether in body, mind, or spirit. Help me to remain spiritually tuned, open and clear, so that I may receive your wisdom and guidance with clarity and grace. May I walk in alignment with my highest purpose, fully attuned to the whispers of the Universe, and may this journey lead me to deeper healing, innerstanding, and connection with God.

🙌🏼 Thank you Father for surrounding me with your divine protection, shielding me from energies and influences that may hinder my growth.
🙌🏼 Thank you Father for opening my heart to the love and light that flows through the cosmos, so I may become a clear channel for divine wisdom.
🙌🏼 Thank you Father for helping me release attachments that no longer serve my highest good.
🙌🏼 Thank you Father for strengthening my ability to trust in the divine flow of life.
🙌🏼 Thank you Father for guiding my every step, my thoughts, and my intentions, so that they align with the highest good of all.

As I continue this journey of purification and elevation, I thank you for your presence being a constant companion, leading me closer to the divine truth within me. May my soul remain in harmony with the sacred rhythms of the universe, and may I always be a vessel of peace, love and divine light.

Greetings Family,
My message to you 😘

As soon as you learn to choose YOU, everything else aligns to choose you too.

This is now my lifetime of choosing me—my joy, my happiness, my peace, my purpose, my love and my divine calling.

I closed my eyes and visualized my feet sinking into the warm, sandy beaches, the Caribbean ocean kissing my toes, and the summer breeze gently embracing my entire body.

In this moment, I am fully present, fully alive, and fully in gratitude for my journey and the love it reveals to me.

My prayer is one of thanksgiving for this precious time we are gifted on this planet. Each breath is a reminder of God's love for me and each wave a reflection of the infinite possibilities that flow into my life.

I honor this life by showing up for myself and choosing to align with the highest version of ME🙋🏽‍♀️

May we all be inspired to walk boldly in our truth, to honor the still, small voice within, and to live each day with gratitude, grace, and an open heart. The more we choose ourselves, the more we align with the abundance that is always waiting for us.

Thank you, Holy Spirit, for this life, this moment, and the endless blissings in my life.

Greetings beautiful family,

I just want to share something powerful that I’ve come to realize—my gift of prophecy, mediumship, and divine dreams.

For so long, society has made us feel that connecting with our loved ones in the spirit realm is something unnatural or even a curse. But I’m here to tell you, it’s a divine gift. The spirit world is just as real as the physical, and they are deeply intertwined.

For those who have made others feel ashamed of these gifts—whether through church or societal beliefs—let’s reflect on the truth. When Jesus went to the Mount of Transfiguration, He took Peter, James, and John with Him, and who appeared with Him? It was Moses and Elijah, already in the spirit realm. They came to guide and give Him the wisdom He needed to fulfill His mission. Their spiritual presence was essential in helping Him move forward with his purpose.

So, let’s honor these gifts instead of fearing them. We are given the ability to see and connect for a reason, just as Jesus received divine guidance. Let’s embrace our spiritual abilities with love, understanding, and courage.
