a person should never be above critique, especially religious figures. when someone or something cannot be questioned, or doubted, it makes what they say — what was once knowledge — into dogma. this discourages critical thinking. this is what makes a group into a cult.

if you have ever had any doubts about shifting or manifestation, subliminals, or even me, feel free to say them here. i am of the belief that if a belief cannot survive the rigor of questioning, then it is not worth believing in, and it is not to be (completely) trusted.
it shouldnt have to be said, but just in case:
this doesnt mean you should be cruel. say what you have to say in a manner that you would accept being spoken to, or treated like.

a major theme of my affirmation style is that it's prose. you can interpret the affirmations, and thus through that interpretation, reap benefits that are not explicitly mentioned.
they're also written ala stream of consciousness, meaning its mistakes are just authentic mistakes on my part, but by telling you what i meant, you can 'fix' it in your head while manifesting.

if i tell you what i intended for it to mean, you will take it as if that is the whole of the benefits when it is not. however that also means that by not telling you explicitly what i mean that this style of affirmation making is not quite friendly to people of different reading levels and people with varying levels of fluency, and i dont know how to fix this.

do i just pull a david lynch and just leave it up to you to figure out, and if you ask, i just say "no" with a smile or some shit??

for my american viewers, especially those who are people of colour or are friends/relatives to one, ive been paying attention to the cases in which the entity that enforces immigration and customs makes sweeps of neighborhoods in deceptive ways. here is what i know you should do — as ive been told you should:

if they knock at your door, answer, but do not open; be polite and respectful, as much as you can be to men like these, at least; ask for a warrant signed by a judge. know that they may give none or give a document which is not a warrant in truth; do not open the door to receive it. ask them to slide it under the door; take photos of such documents, or record them; if no such document is given, ask for their identification. record this also; make sure your door is doubly locked in case they use force; say verbally and explicitly (even record it, if you can) that you do not consent that they enter your home and that you do not want to talk them without a lawyer present, and that you would like them to leave; if they do not listen to these and take direct action such as entry by force, the recordings and documentations may aid in your case at court.

do not use force, even reactionarily. the less violent you are, the more violent they appear to be. if you can afford a ring camera, please have one by your door to further document the potential encounter. make sure it is not in a place that is visible. tell others this, and help them to be safe.
