I’ve nearly devoured this whole dozen of protein pumpkin muffins I baked over the weekend. They taste so damn good and come in under 200 calories each with 13.5g of protein. Plus, I’ve been able to maintain my weight post-bulk on around 3,000 calories a day, which feels like a win. Check out my recent video if you want the recipe:

The Mad Scientist

This year l've felt like a mad scientist in my creative lab, running too many experiments at once. Some bloomed, some exploded, and one nearly fizzled out completely.
My new essay, The Mad Scientist, is about ambition, burnout, and learning which creations deserve to live.
