A lot of clients we talk to want beachfront….our project is not beachfront it is about 1.5kms inland on a high point. Some units actually have a view of the ocean.
We’ve owned on the beach….and the below video from last weeks winds throughout the Caribbean is why we no longer purchase or want to be on the beach. Besides the storms, and erosion your property needs constant upkeep and everything rusts within months.
With the Lofts, you enjoy the ocean and all that it offers at the beach club and maintain a lock and leave property that you do not have to worry about.
