KVNDRA [kunˈdraː], formerly known as Miles Kvndra, is an electronic musician, live act, educator, and podcast host based in Cologne, Germany.
Driven by a deep passion for live performances with a hybrid synthesizer setup, KVNDRA’s signature sound blends melancholic arpeggios with warm Moog-like leads, creating music that's both deeply introspective and irresistibly danceable. Drawing from melodic techno, deep house, and ambient influences, every performance is a unique live experience where tracks are remixed and reinterpreted in real-time. His international live shows have taken him to stages in Copenhagen, Zurich, Berlin, and beyond.
Beyond performing, KVNDRA has built a thriving educational platform with 40,000+ people across social media channels, sharing structured tutorials, live jams, and insights into electronic music production.

Hey Friends, Today officially marks my first day as a full time, self-employed creative as KVNDRA - making music, videos, copy texts, voice overs, sound design, educational stuff and more for companies, students and likeminded folks who share my passion for creativity. Getting back after two months of parental leave and at the same time starting my own business like „yup, this is my job now“ feels crazy and just so so good.
There’s already so much going on behind the curtains that I can’t wait to share. But today I’m just looking back thankful & tapping myself on the shoulder for filling my life with so much positivity in the last weeks and months (my wife and little one played a big role in this, ngl). And also that I made it through the German maze of bureaucracy that it takes to found your own business in Germany. 🥲
Looking forward to seeing a lot of you lovely folks next week at Superbooth - this is gonna be good. 💜
Stay creative,
Milan

Some impressions from the improvised Ambient b2b live set recording with @fabianlaute - there is something magical about connecting 2 systems and just starting to play without practice. You really have to listen to what the other person is doing and react more intuitively by trusting your musical instincts. Here is to removing more and more safety nets - can’t wait to share the outcome. 💜

Hey friends, We just released a new episode of Signal Chain Stories with a very special guest: The legendary @iftah_fow, creator of some of my favorite music tools such as Sting 2, the Ableton Performance Pack, Big Time and more. It was an extremely inspiring conversation about tools, ultrasonic bird & field recordings, how to learn Max For Live (according to Iftah it works best overnight) and taking breaks to find inspiration - I think a lot of you folks will dig this episode.
Stay creative,

Hey friends, thank you all so much for the great feedback on my recent set "Resonance Is Memory" - 10,000 views and so many comments in just 2 weeks is crazy. 💜 As some of you asked, I've uploaded the full set to Bandcamp, so you can get it here as lossless audio file. It's up on SoundCloud as well.

Hey friends and a very happy new year to you all! 💜 Hope you all got over safe. For me personally the new year can only get better but that's another story 🥲
Before the year flipped, @MordioMusic and I got a little conversation about the music journey we had in 2025. And it was quite a crazy one. We speak about creative disconnection, building warm communities, and taking the leap into full-time artistry. We dive into the importance of genuine connection over gatekeeping, how community fuels creativity, and why 2025 was the year we both learned that your network is everything. I share some thoughts about my rebrand to KVNDRA and my decision to go full-time with music production and content creation after I become a dad in 2026. So if you're feeling lost in your artist journey or planning your 2026 goals, this one's for you.
Stay creative in 2026 and thanks for being part of this community,
Milan

Wrapping up 2025, an extremely challenging year coming to an end. Never have grief, pain, joy and excitement felt so close to each other. I already know that 2026 will be another crazy ride but this time I'm completely up for it, embracing all these new experiences and things to learn. Today I just wanted to take a moment and thank everyone for being part of this journey, for all the love and the vibes. Your support, your feedback, your presence in the online space or at shows - it means everything. 💜
Stay awesome and creative,

Hey friends, I just wanted to let you know that from today onwards, I will be working under the stage name “KVNDRA” instead of “Miles Kvndra.” This has been on my mind for a while, so I would like to share my thoughts with you:
As many of you may not know, my real first name is not Miles, but Milan. My parents named me after the famous Czech author Milan Kundera, whose work I greatly admire. So the stage name "Kvndra" (pronounced Kundra) is a direct connection and tribute to my roots and my father, who I lost this year and who had a special connection to Milan Kundera's work as well. Miles is a nickname I gave myself some time ago when I was still working under a different stage name and then I just made the connection.
Although I have absolutely nothing against the nickname Miles, for me it doesn't fit with the connection between my real name and the stage name KVNDRA. Since I want to emphasize this connection more in the future, I have decided to drop Miles and only perform under KVNDRA. This will not change my artistic, musical or educational direction. I will apply this change in the next couple of weeks and months on various platforms. This also means I will have to change a lot of links and hyperlinks, so if you experience a link that isn't working anymore, it's due to the renaming (and if you could let me know that would be fantastic so I can adjust the links).
You are welcome to continue calling me Miles. You are also welcome to call me Milan. Or KVNDRA. Or that dude who made this Dune track. Whatever you want.
As I’m winding down the year, I also wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for being around. It’s been a crazy year with lots of ups and downs and I’m extremely greatful for this community of passionate music lovers, that I am part of and that I want to strengthen even more in the next year. But for now, I’m wishing you, your families and loved ones a lovely Christmas time (if you celebrate it) and some calm days.
Thanks for being around and stay creative,
Milan (KVNDRA)

Hey friends, @MordioMusic and I released a new podcast episode and this time we're tackling AI in music production - the good, the bad, and everything in between. We dive deep into how AI tools like SynthPlant are reshaping sound design and creative workflows. We discuss mastering the art of prompting, choosing AI platforms that align with your values, and navigating the ethical implications of this technology. From data usage concerns to the authenticity of AI-generated music, we're trying to share our thoughts and getting a clear vision. This still is the Wild West of AI in music tech right now, but I think this makes it even more important to navigate the space thoughtfully. Would love to hear your thoughts on this!

On the way home from another fantastic Berlin weekend. Hosted my first in person music making workshop at the @Ableton HQ together with my friend Mordio. Such an awesome experience with human connection, learning together and many good talks. Also found some space in between for music making (swipe), Mordio and I are ready for an improvised b2b ambient set now.
Thanks to the Ableton team and especially Johannes for the great support and all the lovely people in the course for being such an awesome group to work with. I really value these in person community interactions and it was great to hear in the feedback that people felt the same. Feeling blessed and thankful. 💜
