What a location, what a night. 💜 Last night @fabianlaute and I played a completely improvised live set at the St. Engelbert church in Mülheim an der Ruhr. When I was getting started making music in Ableton Live, the "Made in Ableton Live" video series was one of the places I learned from. Artists like Rachel K Collier, Bad Snacks and Underbelly inspired me and I watched those episodes again and again until I understood what they were doing (which sometimes took a long time haha).
Today, Ableton released my own "Made in Ableton Live" episode. And I don't think that has fully landed yet.

On September 25th (which is my birthday) I'm playing a very special live set: In the St. Engelbert church in Mülheim an der Ruhr I'll play a 4 hour ambient set together with my good friend Fabian Laute as part of an art exhibition.
There will be pillows, blankets and cozy spaces everywhere for people to calm down while enjoying the exhibition and music. Fabian and I already started the rehearsals and I can tell you: This will be special.
The entry is free and we'll play from 8pm until midnight. Would love to see some of you folks there!

Hey friends, There's no new Melodic Minute this week — I was away on vacation and had a lot of admin stuff to catch up with, so I didn't get an episode finished in time. Back to the regular schedule next week.

Hey friends, How are you all doing? Things over here are pretty busy: I've recently added the Neuzeit Instruments Drop to my setup which I'm currently testing for ambient works and absolutely love it. Just recorded a first jam with it that is coming soon on YouTube as part of the Melodic Minute series. It also was the last jam in my current studio space - because over the weekend I'm moving to a new space outside of my flat in an own, dedicated studio here in Cologne. This is a little dream come true as I'm working door to door with other creatives like my friend Schneid - a new chapter is about to start. Give me some time to settle in and I'm sure I'll soon have lots of new music & videos. 💜
