HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 🎉🎉🎉

As this year begins, I’m feeling so much gratitude for the connections, the lessons, the laughter, and the challenging moments that shaped us last year. Thank you for being part of this community and for showing up with your presence, your input, your care and your support.

Not everything went as planned, whether it was navigating health scares and loss in the family, professional expansion or navigating the ever-changing landscape of YouTube. But one thing I really felt this year was the love and the community I have in my life. In person and online. I don't know if I say this enough, but you ladies are more than I ever hoped for when I started this channel😘

We also did our first challenge! The learning curve was *steep* for your girl😭 But even though we missed a few days. I think I finally got the hang of it. Shout out to everyone who participated and emailed me! And I'm not going to avoid it, I'm going to be doing more of it until I don't dread it! 😅


This year is definitely going to require strategy and focus, but we've got it. I hope we can all step forward with intention, clarity, and a deep belief in what’s possible individually and together.

May the year ahead be filled with moments that feel meant for you. Moments you prayed for or wished for. Moments that invite you to trust your inner voice, take calculated risks, and to move forward unapologetically.

Moving into the new year, I feel amazed by we’ve built and so excited by what’s still unfolding. I’m stepping forward hopeful, inspired, and so excited for what’s coming next.

Cheers to growth, alignment, unshakable confidence. Cheers to new beginnings and the opportunities ahead. 🥂

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to my beautiful community!



Now that I have a moment to myself, I just couldn't let the day go by without wishing all my ladies a joyous, prosperous holiday season.

I hope today was amazing and I hope this season is filled with love and happiness and rest for all of you! I pray for nothing but the best for you, your families and anyone who is important to you.



I have quite a bit of work to get done over the next week or two (I'm sure many of you do too!) But today was about family, community, cooking together, sharing stories and gifts, and making bottles and bottles of holiday drinks to go around😅 These are the moments and memories that will last forever.



It's always important to make time to appreciate the gift of life, health and community. But take a little *extra* time to love on your community this season. They are going to be more important than ever in these coming years. We'll talk about that in the sit down, chatty new year video that we've been doing the past couple of years. It seems like you always enjoy that!

Hi ladies,
I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying some rest or kicking off their weekend!

I am out of town for the holiday weekend, so there won't be a video this Sunday. But I did want to fill you in on what we've got coming up the following week!

While there are some new series and projects, I'd like to start in the new year🎉. I definitely want to spend the last few weeks of the year, tying up some loose ends and covering some videos you ladies have been asking for! So just as a little heads up to my ladies who check in on the community board that we will be getting into the next dating dynamic, which is the "Out of His League."

I want to see if we can squeeze in a livestream in December to make up for last time. I also want to fill you in on how the ebook is going, it's almost ready!! A I want to find a way to resume our Touch Base Tuesdays, because I found out apparently YouTube doesn't really like or favor unlisted videos, which is what we were doing.

But I feel like Out of His League is a good place to start. Because I feel like more and more women are finding success through their education, careers, small businesses, digital empires and social media fame. And it's adding a new layer of friction when it comes to the dating pool and relationships. So, I think it's only right that we address some of that to kick off our last rounds of content

I'm feeling extra grateful this year for this amazing community. Thank you for the kindness, support, laughs, energy and sisterhood. The last few years have been such a journey, and I could not have asked for a better tribe to explore it with💕

Checking in on my ladies participating in the 30-day challenge. I'm really enjoying doing these right along with you! I've received a few emails from several ladies who are just loving it. I also had two ladies who missed an email, and I was able to resend it to them and keep them on track.

It's an uncomfortable fact of life that there are women you may view as friends who view you as competition.
Not every woman you meet, not every woman you know wants to see you win.

As a woman who is all about sisterhood and girl code it's not always comfortable and definitely not fun to confront this. But it is absolutely necessary because not everyone plays by the same rules. Just because you wouldn't do something to someone, doesn't mean they won't do it to you.

We've been talking about how to realize you are elevating and leveling up in life. We've also talked about how to get out of your own way and make sure you're not doing anything to sabotage yourself. Now it's only right that we talk about being able to spot people around you who want to sabotage you or hold you back as well.

So, this Sunday's video will be the main types of women you need to look out for because they will absolutely distract, delay or try to destroy you! Some might sound familiar and some might be a little harder to spot👀
