Hey guys.

In my spare time I like to create horror. You all know that. You subbed for that. You watched Beacon. You probably watched the compound fracture animatic. I like to create horror, it's kind of an escape for me. I get to be like, damn I'm glad I'm not that guy getting ripped apart by eldritch monstrosities.

That escape isn't hitting after last night.

Things are about to change in a way I don't think anyone is ready for. Even the people who voted for him I don't think fully understand what they've done. Without making this long, I don't know what the next 4 years looks like. I don't know what the next year looks like. I know it's going to be bad but to what degree is anyone's guess. There's a lot of colorful language and anger I'd like to direct to the people who made this happen but I'm going to reserve myself. In truth I want to scream. I want to lash out but it won't change anything. So. Organize yourselves. Find your community. Love one another and treat each other fairly and respectfully. And hold on. Hold on for dear life.

Please take care of yourselves. We only get one shot at making it through this.

Changing gears a bit. Not a huge change more so putting things more in line with the scope and vision I want for future films. Going to be really leaning into the adult aspect of future films. To treat it like a scale Beacon is near the bottom. I want future films to be on the opposite side of that scale.
In the simplest terms, brutal adult animated creature horror. Hopefully the story can accommodate and push the animation to that scope/level but going forward I want to really lean into the horror. I think I’ve been skirting around it but I’ve finally settled on a spot I want to be on or atleast tread for a few films. They absolutely won’t be for everybody especially since the adult subject matter is going to be leaned on but I hope you’ll stick around.
