✅ 11/12 UPDATE:
Yesterday, my entire Google account was marked as underage. By around 4:00 PM EST, I was given a notice while searching Google to update my privacy settings because Google no longer believes I'm over 18. I am still unaware of what exactly I cannot do now that this is happening. Nothing major has happened since Restricted Mode is still off, so this shouldn't affect my account in any way.
On the YouTube mobile app, it automatically turned on the bedtime setting and showed me a notice that community posts I make will be seen by anyone. In terms of uploads, I can still upload as usual, and hopefully, this will not impact my channel analytics or future uploads, but I still fear for the worst of my channel. As of now, my channel is unharmed.
