Deloitte just reported that 82% of companies haven't even started an AI strategy for their employees.

That tracks. Over the past couple months, my team and I set up AI systems inside 20+ companies — law firms, agencies, property management, healthcare, home services.

Every one looked the same when we walked in. Someone had tried ChatGPT. Liked it. But nothing had actually changed in how the business ran day to day.

The problem was never the AI. It was the implementation.

Most people skip the foundation — they start building automations without giving the AI any context about their business. It's like hiring someone and never onboarding them.

Once we fixed that, the results got ridiculous.

An $8M property management firm had three people spending 15+ hours a week processing maintenance requests by hand. We built one automation in an afternoon. 20-30 minute work orders → under 3 minutes. They moved two of those three people into work that actually grows the business.
