Friday Morning Java had all the right vibes.

Not usually a fan of $2 tickets, but that new one was too cool not to try. The tickets treated us fair — about half back — but the conversation is what made the morning.

The morning started hectic — a vet visit with the pup had us moving fast before the day even began. On the way home, I stopped at a store I don’t normally buy tickets from… and that decision changed the morning.

Five red $3 tickets.
Five green $3 tickets.
No plan for a battle — but once we started scratching one red, then one green, it was clear the green tickets stole the show.

Huge appreciation to Liz Montgomery and Krakatoa Scratchin for being the MVPs of the morning with gifted memberships that kept the Long Ship filling up. And Lisa West was already acting like family before she even received her gifted membership — that’s the energy that makes this community special.

New store luck paid off, the conversation stayed strong, and it turned into an amazing Morning Java session.
