HOW? 👉🏼 IT’S GOT TO SCARE THE HELL OUT OF ME.

That’s my short answer.

And here’s how it feels:

Exactly like the first time you tried on your mum’s high heels…
You twist your ankle, or you're not sure how to walk with those platforms strapped to your little feet.

- The fear of not knowing if I "should" do it
- The fear of not being ready for it
- The fear of hurting myself—emotionally and physically
- The fear of losing all my money
- The fear of not being the role model I want to be
- The fear of being seen for playing outside of my league

Because here’s what I know now:
🪷Everything I desire is outside of my league.🪷

I love you, league. But I’ve outgrown you.

I’ve outgrown myself —
My habits.
My way of doing things.
My way of thinking and reacting to life.

So how do I decide?

First, I check my body - is it scared? out of breath, heart palpitating

If yes, fear is my green light. 🚥

Why would you do this to yourself?

You are wired for survival. Your mind, body and system is actually working against you making any changes or taking any steps towards your vision.

Anything different from who you have been, the emotions you are used to feeling, the things you’ve done in your life is always going to trigger your fear response.

Everything about who you are becoming and your vision exists in the unknown.

Your mind h*tes the unknown. The unknown is unsafe and a threat. It induces fear as a way to pull you back and keep you alive.

This is why I choose my next steps based on my fears.

That’s your sign you’re heading in the "right" direction.

And I teach women entrepreneurs how to dance with fear—at the level of the body AND the mind.

Because let me tell you… your mind will feed you beautiful, convincing, fear-based thoughts that require sorting, triage-style.

So here’s what I’ve learned:

When I decide, it’s GOT to feel scary.
Why? Because it’s unfamiliar.
And because it calls me to surrender to the unknown—and BET ON MYSELF.

If it’s predictable, you’re just recreating your past.
And who wants THAT?
Not the woman you’re becoming.

This process doesn’t happen in the mind alone - it's not an affirmation thing.

Let's talk about selling on social media...

"Every day, tell me what you sell." That's a line from my upcoming TEDx talk, and it used to rub me the wrong way. "It's not just about selling," I'd argue. But here's the truth: if your business doesn't sell, it won't survive. I've experienced this firsthand, and I don't want anyone else to go through it.

That's why I wrote my book 📚 "Are you V.I.S.I.B.L.E?" and why I'm preparing to deliver my TEDx speech in Atlanta on "Why are women entrepreneurs hiding online?"

Maybe you've struggled with the idea of being a "seller" or with feeling sleazy when it comes to selling. But here's the thing: successful sales using social media often require overcoming our own limiting beliefs about money and asking for it.

Most people who sell effectively on social media used to be just like you. They had to shift the way they showed up online. When you resist being sold to, you're often saying to yourself that you're not worthy of money. These beliefs stem from childhood messages that keep us small.

But we can change this. In our programs, we:
