This year I've talked a lot about stress, about self-kindness, and about discovering your personal limits. I'm still figuring all of these things out for myself as well, and it's something I'll be thinking of a lot as I take a little break from things until the new year. I'm so excited for everything that's to come in the future though. I'm really just getting started here!

Hi everyone! Just wanted to give you all a heads up on the release timing of the rest of the Omori series since some were wondering when they would be available. In general, things are usually early access for two days though when I have a set like this (I wanted to finish before uploading to avoid any spoilers!) they come out staggered.

Unfortunately it would not be a good idea to drop them all at once as this would probably harm their individual performance on the channel. Appreciate your patience while they release this week, and looking forward to sharing the conclusion with you all!
I have turned off automatic dubbing for future videos. I'm unsure if this also disables it for current ones, please let me know if so and I will look for a way to turn it off if I can. Less of this slop please, YT. Also please check and make sure YT did not turn on Restricted mode for you. It will hide almost all of my videos and future uploads from you!
Hey everyone, I've had a few people ask me to allow for YouTube memberships to be available as an alternative to supporting me through Patreon/Twitch. I don't quite know how to work the system yet but I'm turning it on today which is the same day I've uploaded the full The Beginner's Guide series for Patreon supporters. These will be released for everyone soon so it will not remain a member's exclusive series or anything. I will be trying to make all of the same content available across both platforms though may need to upload unique versions so may take some time. For example, the Expedition 33 LetsPlay series is still ongoing and is a Patreon exclusive atm and I'll be making this available to YT members as well somehow. You will also be able to see upcoming videos that are slated to release for everyone but are early access for supporters.
On the cost of membership, I wanted to make it the same as the Patreon ($2/$5) but for whatever reason YT will not let me change this later on, and I do intend to change the Patreon to $4/$8 when I am more consistent with uploads. So to keep things equal, for that moment I've just gone with what the tiers will eventually be on both platforms. This is really annoying to me, and I recommend just using the Patreon for now instead since this is cheaper AND if you are subbed at the time I increase the tier price, your initial sub price will remain the same.
So all in all, the YT memberships is just a straight up worse value at the moment due to how YT enforces the system. Again, I do NOT recommend choosing this option to support me right now if you are interested in doing so. But in order to get the system started it has to be done this way, so you are welcome to use it if you'd like.
