When I worked as the Lab Incharge (Manager) at Blueweight Biotech LLP in Bhimavaram, every day brought new experiences with farmers and their challenges. I was actively involved in analyzing a wide range of samples, including water quality, plankton, soil, microbiology, PCR, seed quality, and even fish histology. These daily tasks kept me deeply engaged and continuously learning.
I’m especially grateful for the valuable ideas and suggestions shared by our lab consultant, Mr. Das Junga , which enhanced my knowledge and perspective. Our weekly meetings with CEO Mr. Krishna Kishore Junga were particularly inspiring—they gave me deeper insights into the aquaculture industry’s real-time issues and how we could support farmers through accurate laboratory-based recommendations.
Those were some of the most interesting and enriching days in my professional journey. Thank you for the opportunity, and heartfelt thanks to my dedicated lab team who supported me throughout.

Reflecting on my time at CIBA, where I had the incredible opportunity to work under the NFDB project. During this journey, we successfully conducted R&D culture to evaluate *Penaeus indicus* across the coastal regions. It was a truly powerful and enriching experience that I will always cherish! From exploring the depths of aquaculture to diving into unbelievable gene studies, this journey was filled with endless learning and growth.
