Anyway I won't be talking about the bank run in USA now.

Why?

1. There is more to it. Speculating it doesn't help.

2. It maybe just a "show" . the bank fail not because they lose all the money. Its just because their money is stuck in long term assets with low interest and they can't cash out fast enough when everyone starts to withdraw.

3. Is it completely nothing since the government is bailing them out? Nope. There always a ripple effect. Just a matter of how big.

4. Will it affect property prices? Yes and no. If it lead to a big financial crisis then yes.

No because Singapore banks are still very strong and safe and these may only prove that Singapore is a safe haven AGAIN.

This may even help our currency go up even stronger which mean more holiday in 2023 hahaha
