I work in my own kitchen with almost exclusively 12 common tools. I show you don’t need a bakery or expensive specialty tools to recreate my cakes.
My channel offers HUNDREDS of FREE narrated cake tutorials that step you through the process from start to finish.
I commonly use fondant (or sugar paste) to cover my cakes and use gum paste (or modeling paste) to create my cake decorations and cake toppers.
