✨ BMW is still the strongest contender at MUPH but I'm glad na di naman tayo super saturated ng materials nya. May mga araw na super angat sya may mga araw na mid. Swak lang para di tayo maumay. Having said this, I wish there will be more materials from her addressing her audience na mas raw. Na galing mismo sa kanya. Na hindi super curated or gawa ng prod team nya.
✨ Linggo ni Allison Hetland ngayon. Her releases have been showing us variety. Onting pihit para di natin masilipan ng kakulangan sa angas.
✨ Mountain Province started her journey at MUPH with negative juju but she's thriving now. Steady, calm and she's been delivering ah. I'd put her in the same category as Nueva Ecija who is always so neat and polished.
✨ I feared that Apriel and Nicole would look like a package deal but a month into the competition - mas kita mo na difference. We all bet on Nicole but somehow Apriel is showing more growth, more polish, and more sophistication. I think it may have something to do with Nicole's wardrobe which has a tendency to lean towards cutesy and funky. What's with all the ruffles and bra tops?
✨ Speaking of wardrobe - Bella has to step up I'm afraid. We cannot bet on just her face and her Alta air. We need consistency and her wardrobe these days does not reflect her Alta vibe. If there's a wrinkle in the styling team members - well it's showing. Sa mga araw na angat si Bella it's always because of her face and hair - hindi styling.
✨ Also on styling, please anyone? Help our new Miss World. I cannot articulate how far she is in terms of resources, taste level and guidance. Para saan pa nanalo ka ng Miss World Philippines kung hindi ka ma connect sa mga taong tutulong sayo? Bless Asia because there's so much potential and heart in what she does pero kung simpleng kapal ng lashes hindi mabantayan para I present si Asia at her most beautiful, most polished - aba MWP peeps, former queens and contestants bekenemen pwedeng mangalabit na kayo pang bayanihan sa bata.

Bago tayo mag escape sa pageantry, acknowledge muna natin na magulo ang mundo ngayon. May mga kababayan tayo naiipit at may mga tao sa mundo na kailangan dumaan sa matinding pag subok para maka bangon habang nanunuod tayong lahat 😔
To pray for safety isn't realistic. To pay for peace isn't realistic. To pray for life isn't realistic when you're surrounded by bombs and weapons of mass destruction but if prayers gets you through and keeps you calm regardless, then PRAY and hold on to your faith.
