This started as “let’s try something ambitious”
and turned into days of printing, fixing, sanding, and reprinting.
I 3D-printed a 2-foot-tall Darth Vader, piece by piece, and it pushed my printer (and my patience) more than anything I’ve made so far.
Failed prints, long nights, a lot of sanding… and one very satisfying final result.
Seeing it fully assembled… totally worth it.
