I want to show everyone something: Funbox karaoke posted a comment on my Garbage - #1 Crush track (which I removed, but will showcase here) saying "Enjoy being the fourth karaoke result for this song, lolol".

I want you to see what a prick you are supporting when you use Funbox's tracks.

It's more than that too, though. This jerk has also tried to call for people in the karaoke creation community to price fix on the creation of tracks by request, insisting nobody should do this for under $50 per song, and attempting to rally everyone to limit the prices such. I am not a lawyer, so I cannot be sure if this attempt at price-fixing is illegal. I do know that when you see jacked-up prices on custom tracks, he's at least part of whom you can thank.

He pulls all this BS despite having bragged that he does his tracks lazily, does not go back and tighten up his syncing, and just takes whatever basic devocalisation gives him regardless of quality. When a question about whether someone was using other people's devocalisations came up, he insisted that nobody would ever do that when it's "so easy", indicating that you just upload it to a devocaliser website and viola, it's done. Except that when you use a Caritas track, that's NOT all that's done, and you should know that. There's a lot of mixing and separately isolating parts of stems and re-mixing them back in for the best sound quality.

He's fixated on his ego and getting the most views, which is ironic because he only has "more" views because he has been putting tracks up longer than other people, and the devocalisation techniques improve with time (there are sometimes literally new models available on a weekly basis!), meaning that the most recent version of a track is generally going to be *of higher quality*, at least in the audio portion. He may have tracks with more views because they've been there longer and he may be getting more views because YouTube pushes the ones with the most views first, but that actually means his will generally be of the lowest quality.

He has expressed beef with CC Karaoke as well; someone who is to him as he is to me as far as "got here first". (Technically, I DID get here first, before both of them, with one Aesthetic Perfection track all the way back in 2011, but I don't count that since it was done the old-fashioned low-quality way, and it was just one track, though it underscores how the older tracks are the worse ones!)

The stupidest part is that he cannot even monetise this. That's why we ask for tips. There's no point in arguing about it. Hell, I wouldn't even bring it up except for two things:

1: He's being a dickhead
2: His track is not even the right track. This is "Garbage - #1 Crush". The track he has up that he has labelled as this track is, in fact, "Garbage - #1 Crush (Nellee Hooper remix from Romeo + Juliet)"

The dude's bragging about having more views because he did something earlier (and not as well), when he doesn't even know the music he's working with well enough to know which track he made.

Unless I've made a mistake, we now have *every* *single* released Sisters of Mercy song with lyrics, and all the Sisterhood too (except Jihad, but that just repeats a number).

Why bother going anywhere else for SoM? You know you're in the right place here!
