📖قرآن پاک میں 70 سے زائد جگہ صبر کا ذکر ہے۔ اللہ فرماتا ہے: "إِنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ" (اللہ صبر کرنے والوں کے ساتھ ہے)۔
سوچنے کی بات ہے، جب ہمیں کوئی انسان کہے کہ میں تمھارے ساتھ ہوں تو کتنی تسلی ملتی ہے، اب جب اللہ خود کہہ رہا، کہ صبر کرو، میں تمھارے ساتھ ہوں *تو پھر اور کس سہارا کی ضرورت رہ جاتی ہے؟* 💫
نفسیاتی اعتبار سے صبر stress tolerance ہے یعنی مشکلات کو سہنے اور ان سے مضبوط ہو کر نکلنے کی صلاحیت۔
🧠 *نفسیاتی فائدے* :
غصہ اور اضطراب کم ہوتا ہے۔
فیصلہ کرنے کی صلاحیت بہتر ہوتی ہے۔
ذہنی دباؤ کم ہو کر دماغ مضبوط ہوتا ہے۔
