Understanding what "enough" looks like is very useful to ensure sustainable progress.

Many people either push too hard and/or worry they're not doing enough. The key is finding reliable indicators that work for YOU. Your body's signals, when recognized early, are often more valuable than strictly following any plan.

The most successful athletes we have worked with, have known when to back off and when to push on. It is surprising how often they back off when things start to go well... often the most dangerous time.
