-Obscure stuff regarding a game series that’s well known, but still obscure, such as its “dark origins” that aren’t actually that dark, the fact that it has 2 first entries, the original game’s really weird “predecessor”, the forgotten mascot that seemingly inspired it, and the funniest translation of the 21st century.
-A game and franchise that you may not realize was once owned by a different company from the one who created it, yet this company, which is particularly infamous for doing nothing with their franchises, did practically nothing with this franchise for a decade and a half, other than license out a sequel (and a pseudo-sequel from the original developer with a name that makes it very difficult to search up) and loads of ports (only two of which came out in Japan), releasing related/similar games, and cancelling a game.
-Two games that use a commonly mocked title scheme, both of which are the last games in their trilogies and series as a whole, and both are very disappointing compared to the initial entires. Also, another game that uses this titling scheme that came out in between the other two that’s part of a really underrated series that’s actually connected to one of the other games and is often overlooked because of the circumstances of its release and the fact that it was followed up with what is generally considered the best game in this series. I’ve mentioned it a few times, but here, I really do a deep dive on it, and it’s the longest segment in the video and entire series.
It’s looking to be the longest and most ambitious Obscurities video yet (probably about 35 minutes). It should be out by the 21st depending on how things go!
-A familiar division of a company, a familiar uncredited developer, and a familiar obscure company who only made one game.
-The mysterious origins of one of the most iconic sounds in video games (that was first used 8 years earlier than most people realize).
-The mystery surrounding a cancelled game that may have never have been the game that it was actually announced as and what people have believed it to be for over 3 decades.
My next video contains segments about: -Someone who basically co-created one of the most popular gaming franchises yet never gets credit for it. -Cute Artwork -Engrish -Calendars and recently found media that wasn’t even known about beforehand -A song that’s used throughout a certain game series more often than you may think and why it was created
Can you guess what I’ll be talking about?
(Also, it’s gonna be the first video I work on with my new PC, so I can do a few things I couldn’t do before!)

What video do you want to see the most from me?
I’m already working on the next Mysteries video, by the way. The main Mysteries series is no longer just a trilogy!
