I just wanted to come on here and share something l've been working on behind the scenes—I officially created a membership for substitute teachers. SUBSTITUTE SUCCESS MEMBERSHIP
This has been on my heart for a while because I know how isolating subbing can feel. You're walking into different classrooms, different expectations, and sometimes it feels like you just have to figure it out on your own.

Hey guys!!
So, I’m building something 😊and I need your help! I’m going to do a sub coach membership that includes a deep dive mini training on a specific skill (ex: first ten minutes mastery” plus a “coffee chat” either live or pre recorded (I have 2 small kids so possibly pre recorded) to dive deeper with scenarios, etc. and lots of resources!
Along with a community to chat with and everyday inspiration and motivation.
