Restore Your Energy with the Archangels (When You’re the One Who Holds Everyone Else)
There’s a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from being the steady one.

The one who holds space.
The one others turn to.
The one who feels everything.

As spiritually aware beings, we know how to ground, clear, and transmute. We know how to call in protection. We know how to guide others back to center.

But what happens when we’re the ones who feel scattered?
