I wrote this a long time ago, and shared it a long time ago in my blog post "Mindful Reading. Another lens on our information diet".

We often forget that if we don't spend time in solitude, we will not know ourselves intricately (anymore/ever). If we don't know ourselves, we lose sight of our true values and beliefs. Then, we have no sound filter through which to process, decipher, hold and or release, the information that comes our way. What we consume.

Just an invitation and a reminder that you, too, are worth the time it takes to build a sound relationship with yourself. ❤️
