You don’t need specialist tools to start sewing. Start with what you have.

If you don’t have room for an A1 mat, that’s normal. Some people do, some people don't.

And that’s okay, scissors and a little creativity can take you a long way.

Sewing (or anything is life, really) is about patience and practice, not about having the biggest or most expensive tools.

Don’t let the lack of fancy gear stop you from making something beautiful. Every stitch you make is progress.
