Incoming tank buffs :D PVE but will affect pvp as well. I would say great buffs specially the Death strike one !
Dancing Rune Weapon grants 25% Parry (was 20%).
Blood Fortification grants 40% Stamina (was 35%).
Improved Death Strike healing increased to 15% (was 5%).
Dance of Midnight grants Dancing Rune Weapon for 8 seconds (was 6 seconds).
Dance of Midnight chance to proc increased to 12.5% (was 10%).

Frost
Obliterate damage reduced by 5%.
Rider of the Apocalypse: Mawsworn Menace now increases the damage of Obliterate by 5% (was 10%).
Rider of the Apocalypse: Hollow Sentinel’s Wake 2-piece now increases Trollbane’s Obliterate damage by 15% (was 35%).
Deathbringer: Exterminate first scythe damage increased by 10%.

Frost
Wave of Souls critical strikes now increase the Shadowfrost damage the target takes by 3% per stack (was 5%).
Swift and Painful now increases Strength by 5% for 8 seconds when no enemies are struck by Soul Rupture (was 10%).
Swift and Painful now causes Wave of Souls to be 50% more effective on its main target (was 100%).
Exterminate first scythe damage reduced by 15%.
Rider of the Apocalypse
Fixed an issue causing Undeath to benefit only one Death Knight in a group with multiple Death Knights.
San’layn
Frenzied Bloodthirst now increases the damage of Death Coil by 4% per stack of Essence of the Blood Queen (was 8%).
Manaforge Omega 2-set bonus – Now extends the duration of Virulent Plague on your main target by an additional 3 seconds (was 4 seconds).
Manaforge Omega 4-set bonus – Now increases the damage of Infliction of Sorrow by 30% (was 35%).
Blood
Bone Shield increases Armor by 115% of Strength (was 100%).
Frost
All ability damage reduced by 3%.
Obliterate damage reduced by 5%.
Unholy
Death Coil damage reduced by 20%.

Amazing hotfix my frost dk friends ... They keep nerfing us for pvp .... Since the reaper and exterminate nerf will affect us hard ....
