Sometimes we wait for the perfect moment to be consistent. We wait until life feels less busy, until things are more stable, until we feel “ready.” But the truth is—there’s no perfect time. There’s only right now.

I’ve been creating content for years, but I’ve struggled with showing up every single day. I’ve had seasons where I stopped, disappeared, restarted, and doubted myself. And yet—deep down, I always knew I wanted to build something bigger. Something that connects, inspires, and grows.

That’s why I’m here today. Day 2 of showing up. Day 2 of pushing past excuses. Day 2 of proving to myself that consistency beats talent, luck, or timing.

This isn’t just about hitting 100k—it’s about showing up for the version of me who once thought it was impossible. And it’s about building a space where YOU feel seen, inspired, and motivated to chase your own goals.

This is how my 7 day detox have been going lately.
1. Morning drink : cumin seeds water
2. Breakfast: MB protein oats
3. Morning snack : Coffee (without sugar)
4. Lunch : Bread/omelet
5. Dinner : Boiled eggs (cucumber/apple/carrot)
6. Workouts ✅

Also been taking MB isolate whey protein post workout
